Important Announcement:  Using your debit card is one of the most convenient ways to pay for goods and services. To keep the power of your debit card from falling into the wrong hands, here are a few simple steps you can follow to help protect yourself.  First, choose a PIN that isn’t obvious to others and don’t write it on or near your card. Next, be sure no one is watching when you key in your PIN.  Do not discard your receipts in a public place, never write your card number on a check, and do not use your debit card for identification.  Also, keep good records and review your account statements thoroughly.  If you spot a discrepancy, be sure to contact the Bank immediately.   Please know that we will never email or call you asking for your password, PIN, card number, or account number.  At The First National Bank, your account security is a number one priority.

Catch your school's Spirit today, with SPIRIT checking from The First National Bank of Brundidge. With your SPIRIT checking account, you can choose a Pike County, Zion Chapel, Ariton, Pike Liberal Arts, Charles Henderson, or Goshen debit card. This account has no service fees when you sign up for e-Statements with our online banking, and best of all we donate $.01 for every debit card transaction (excluding ATM withdrawals) when you use your SPIRIT debit card. This is a great way to show your SPIRIT for our local schools.
We are also excited to announce our new fraud management program. To protect your account, we monitor your debit card for fraudulent transactions. Based on your normal spending patterns, we will notify you with an automated call if we suspect a questionable transaction. Our goal is to minimize your exposure to the risk and impact of fraud. To ensure that we can reach you, please call us to verify your phone number as well as to provide us with your cell phone number.
Also, our upgraded online banking has become even more accessible with our new Android app that is now available for your Kindle Fire or other tablet device. Add this to our current iPad and iPhone apps, Android mobile phone app, text messaging banking, and mobile web banking; wherever you are, we're with you!
These are just a few of the many ways we seek to serve both our customers and our community. Stay tuned to our website and our Facebook page for more exciting things coming soon.
