Accounts Home Page: This page has an overview of all of your accounts with First National Bank. Click on an account number to see the activity for that account or click on the “Quick Peek” link for each account which will give you a glimpse of the most recent activity for that account. Clicking on account activity will show the posting date, type of transaction, check number, description and amount of transaction for the most recent transactions on that account. You can also view scheduled payments, outside accounts that you have linked to your online banking and your Finance Works spending chart from this page.
Account History: This page enables you to view the account history for each selected account within a specified date range.
FinanceWorks: Located within our online banking website, FinanceWorks enables you to track expenses and spending as well as set budgetary goals and examine how well you are meeting those goals.
TurboTax: Having TurboTax embedded in our online banking enables you to automatically pull your account information into your TurboTax account.
Transfer Funds: This option allows you to transfer funds between various checking and savings accounts that you have with us. You can also set up recurring transfers with this feature.
Loan Payment: Make a loan payment to First National Bank from your First National checking or savings account.
Forgotten Password: A new feature of our online banking, this option enables you to answer a series of secure questions to retrieve your password should you forget it. This service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week!
User Options: This page allows you to change certain features of your account such as your password, user ID, e-mail address and other options related to your account.
eStatements: eStatements are the quickest and most convenient way to receive your bank statements. These are an exact copy of your bank statements sent to you electronically, eliminating the risk of having your statements sitting in your mailbox.
Secure Online Forms: These forms enable you to submit address changes, direct deposit, and stop payment requests all from your computer.
Export: This utility allows you to export your account information into a formatted file. The file will be downloaded onto your hard drive where it will be available for you to import into a personal financial management software program such as Quicken or MS Money.
Online Services: Reorder checks from your online banking account.
MOBILE BANKING SERVICES
Experience the convenience of mobile banking with The First National Bank’s three new services:
Text Message Banking: This service allows you to text short commands to receive information about your account. You can also set up alerts to be sent to your phone as well. You will need to register for this service within online banking under the tab Mobile & Alerts. After you have signed up, you simply text a short command to 454545 to receive information about your account. The service is free but you are required to subscribe to a texting plan through your wireless provider. You should check with your wireless provider if you are not sure whether additional fees might apply. The text message banking commands are:
- BAL – (primary account balance)
- BAL ALL – (all account balances)
- LAST – (last 5 transactions on primary account)
- BAL CHK – (account balance of all checking accounts)
- BAL SAV – (account balance of all savings accounts)
- TRANS – (transfer funds to primary account)
- STOP – (deactivate Text Message Banking Service)
- HELP – (help on keywords)
Mobile Web Banking: A service that enables you to access your account information, conduct transfers, and pay and manage your bill payments from any mobile device that has Web browsing capabilities and an active data plan. The service is free but you are required to subscribe to a data plan through your wireless provider. You should check with your wireless provider if you are not sure whether additional fees might apply. To use this service, just open a browser from your mobile device with Web browsing capabilities and enter www.f-n-b.com to access the Bank’s mobile banking home page. Enter your user ID and password-the same you use for Online Banking- and select the Log In button. No separate or different registration is required. Answer any additional security questions then select the Continue button to access Mobile Web Banking. You now have access to your First National Bank accounts, not only 24/7, but from anywhere you are using your mobile device!
Mobile Banking Applications: A service that enables you to access your account information, conduct transfers, and pay and manage your bill payments from any mobile device, Android® tablet, or iPad® using an application downloaded from either the iTunes App Store (iPhone® or iPad®) or Google Play Store (Android®).
